OUR APPROACH
- Embadded an intergrated client service team: We placed a dedicated onsite team within Michaels' Private Brand packaging department in their head office in Dallas, working seamlessly with our global production studio to manage the full packaging lifecycle, from project planning to supplier coordination and full packaging production services.
- Implemented a connected technology ecosystem: Deployed content management and automated workflow platforms to centralise content collection, translations, and artwokr approvals, eliminating data entry duplication and improving speed to market.

THE RESULTS
Throughthe innovation applied by our "people, process, technology" approach, Micheals achieved faster, more accurate and more efficient Private Brand packaging design and artwork operations:
- 40% faster artwork approvals - production and approvals accelerated by two full weeks.
