High SKU Volume Production

As a result of a client re-designing their entire product portfolio, JPG was entrusted to manage 6,500 artwork and prepress files within a 10 month period. Working with the client to plan the workload patterns, we scaled our client services team to be based onsite within the client head office and our off-site production teams accordingly, utilising our global production facilities during the times of the highest demand.

The discipline JPG applied to ensure that all of our production studios, no matter where they are in the world, was key to the successful outcome.  Our strict "standard operating procedures and protocols" approach enabled our collective teams to manage an output of over 600 artwork files per week.
